Year 6 pupil represents Bexley at the TCS London Mini Marathon

We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Finley Hill, a Year 6 pupil, who recently represented Bexley Borough in the U12 Borough Challenge at the TCS London Mini Marathon.

Earlier this year, Finley took part in a highly competitive 5km parkrun trial in March, where pupils from across the borough competed for the opportunity to represent Bexley. Only the four fastest boys were selected, and we are thrilled that Finley earned his place on the team a remarkable accomplishment.

On Saturday 25 April 2026, Finley proudly represented Bexley Borough at the TCS London Mini Marathon. Competing against some of the best young runners from across London, he performed brilliantly and showcased the determination, resilience and dedication that he has developed through his commitment to running.

Everyone at Bedonwell Infant, Junior and Nursery School is incredibly proud of Finley. His hard work, perseverance and sporting spirit are an inspiration to us all. We also extend our congratulations to his family and everyone who has supported him on this exciting journey.
